    You have run report <LS>Certific@2</> (<DS:RE.RPCRT2E0>RPCRT2E0</>) for
    an employee who already has been included in a communication in the
    chosen period. Employees with status <LS>2 Sent</> or <LS>6 Not relevant
    </> in infotype 3231 cannot be taken into consideration for the report
    run.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to run report <LS>Certific@2</> for the employees who have
    not been taken into consideration, edit infotype 3231 and manually
    change the employee status to <LS>1 Not sent</> for the chosen period.
