When you transfer employment tax statement data with the Elster
procedure, you must report the official key of the municipality that
issued the tax card.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You have to change the infotype if the data is reported with the Elster
procedure.
If the tax card is available, enter the municipality key from the tax
card in the "Municipality" field.
If the tax card is not available, set the indicator for "Tax card not
submitted".
