What causes this issue?

When an investment institution key is specified, the payee data is
determined from the payee key saved for the investment institution in
table T5DRB.
Any manually entered payee data in the infotype is deleted.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
