the Travel Management modules, functions, and programs are no longer
available in the core system.
Examples:
The HR accounting program requires data from Travel Management to be
able to transfer travel expenses. This is not possible without the
Travel Management add-on.
The Travel Management infotypes (such as infotype 0017 Travel
Privileges) can only be displayed or edited if the access programs for
Travel Management have been installed from the add-on CD.
If you use the Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS) in the core system,
you can only branch to Travel Management if you have implemented the
Travel Management add-on.

How to fix this error?

To be able to use Travel Management modules or programs, install the
add-on CD that contains Travel Management.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
