The trip was created for technical reasons (advance payment) when
creating a travel request or booking a flight/hotel/rental car. A 'trip'
of this kind has not yet taken place and can therefore not be copied.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Choose a different trip as a copy template.
or
First process the selected trip in the Travel Manager by creating travel
expenses for the travel request/plan, or in the Travel Expense Manager
by changing it before you copy it.
