How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

To create a travel plan with a new trip number, select the relevant
personnel number in the list. Then choose 'Create plan'.
To assign a travel plan to an existing trip number, select the relevant
trip number. Then choose 'Create plan'.
To change the travel plan for an existing trip number, select the
element 'travel plan' under the relevant trip number. Then choose
'Change'.
