    This message is used in the following instances:
    Calling the process instruction overview:
    You have tried to call the process instruction overview without
    selecting a phase first.
    Creating control recipes
    To create a control recipe, you must explicitly or implicitly select
    phases.
    You explicitly select phases by flagging them in the operation/phase
    overview. You select phases implicitly by flagging their superior
    operation or by executing the "Create control recipe" function for the
    entire order.
    &NOTE&
    Phases for which a control recipe has already been generated are no
    longer selected by the system. Therefore, this message is also
    displayed when you only select phases that have already been used to
    generate control recipes.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
