An entry has been made in more than one of the withdrawal methods.
Withdrawal from a plan can be made using the amounts stored in one of
the following groupings:
mandatory and voluntary employee amounts and mandatory and voluntary
employer amounts;
total employee and employer amounts.
Alternatively, the withdrawal can be transfer to another plan indicated
by selecting the transfered option.
Both methods can not be selected at the same time.
