assignment objects, or the scenario group was saved with an inactive
calculation.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check to see if account assignment objects (such as cost centers,
orders, ...) exist. If they are not available, assign the account
assignment objects to the organizational structure, and recreate the
scenario group.
If the scenario group contains account assignment objects, the scenario
group must be calculated again, by using the administration transaction
in Personnel Cost Planning.
