What causes this issue?

You tried to move the group to a position at which at least one of its
elements would have collided with another screen element.

System Response

The group cannot be moved - it remains at its previous position.

How to fix this error?

Move the group so that the selection frame enclosing all of its
elements maintains the minimum distance from any other elements at the
target position. The minimum distance is currently one column to the
left and right. There is no minimum vertical distance.
You may need to make extra space at the target, or move the group as a
series of smaller groups to ensure that there is enough space at the
target.
