You can only display the buffer or insert information from it, if it is
not empty.

When you first select the Screen Painter, the buffer is always empty.

How to fix this error?

Fields or field blocks marked in the fullscreen editor can be cut and
transferred to the buffer. You can use this buffer only if the
transaction is active. Fields can therefore only be transferred to a
different screen if this was selected with F17 'Get' or F3 'Back'.
