    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    The search query for <LS>Valid Versions for Date</> and <LS>Latest
    Versions</> processes after all the DIR?s are filtered based on all
    attributes mentioned in the search criteria of the <LS>Document Data
    </>tab page. This leads to reduction in the number of records in the
    document search result.

    While using the search criteria <LS>Valid Versions for Date</> and
    <LS>Latest Versions</>, to view the expected DIRs in the search results,
    perform the following:
    Increase the entered value for the field <LS>Maximum Number of Hits</>
    On the <LS>Document Data </>tab page, use <LS>Document Key</> field as
    additional search criteria
