You want to create a new document by copying an existing document.

    System Response

The system checks whether the original application files of the source
document are stored in a secure storage area (for example, archive,
vault, or SAP database). This is not the case for the source document
you selected, so the system tries to create a copy of the original
    application files.
The system cannot create a new original application file for &V1&,
    because:
the system cannot access the file
    the copy transaction was terminated

    How to fix this error?

The purpose of this message is to inform you that no <ZK>new</>
original application file has been created for the document.
Please check why file &V1& could not be accessed. Contact your system
    administrator for more information.
