  • What causes this issue?

    You want to create a new document by copying an existing document.

    System Response

    The system checks whether the original application files of the source
    document are stored in a secure storage area (for example, archive,
    vault, or SAP database). This is not the case for the source document
    you selected, so the system tries to create a copy of the original
    application files.
    The system cannot create a new original application file for &V1&,
    because:
    the system cannot access the file
    the copy transaction was terminated

    How to fix this error?

    The purpose of this message is to inform you that no <ZK>new</>
    original application file has been created for the document.
    Please check why file &V1& could not be accessed. Contact your system
    administrator for more information.
