What causes this issue?

In Customizing, you can define per document type how large (in bytes) a
file to be archived to the SAP database can be.
As this file is larger than this maximum size, you see this error
message.
If the maximum size is 0, the <LS>Save to SAP</> function is inactive.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
