    Distribution has taken place to an external address. The communication
    interface reacts as follows:

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    The distribution to an external address is always asynchronous. The job
    for the distribution process must be scheduled in SapConnect
    (transaction SCOT) administration. This process should be scheduled
    several times a day.
    As long as the process has not been started, the status of the partial
    order remains 'PC' (package created).
