  • What causes this issue?

    The file you entered could not be written on the application server.
    This directory is probably not accessible from the application server.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    The directory must be accessible from <ZH>all</> application servers.
    Platform-indpendent file names are used to determine the directory.
    Check whether:
    the platform-independent file name <LS>DOCUMENT_DISTRIBUTION</> exists
    in Customizing
    the directory for the appropriate operating system has been correctly
    maintained
    <DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUSAPCFILE>Maintain file names and file paths
    independently of client</>
