What causes this issue?

The translation type setting was found to be incorrect when the
technical attributes of the text table to which the structure type is
assigned were checked.
The texts for structures in the general hierarchy store are only
translated using the object R3TR SHI3 (for a complete structure at a
time), so the translation type "Translation only possible using
object-specific tools " must be set for the text table.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

table technical settings.
