The system creates the account with
<DS:DE.BKK_STATAD>status enhancement</> <LS>New </>(0001), which is set
to <LS>Inactive</>. In parallel, the account is <LS>In Release</>. When
the account is released, the system changes the status to <LS>Active</>.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
