    The transport layer &V1& is to be assigned to the SAP system &V2& as the
    standard transport layer.
    The system should only be assigned transport layers for which there is a
    transport route whose integration system is &V2&. In special cases the
    standard transport layer can still be used to control archived
    developments using CHECKIN-CHECKOUT.
