AUTO_USERCOMPARE in table PRGN_CUST (see also SAP Note 511200, section
"Solution", part C, point 3).
No changes have been made to profile assignments for users.
Start the user master comparison in transaction SU01 with the pushbutton
"Compare User Master Record", using transactions PFCG or PFUD, or with
the reports RHAUTUPD_NEW or PFCG_TIME_DEPENDENCY.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
