The condition type &V1& is a subsequent settlement condition type in
Purchasing or Sales and Distribution.
Condition records for subsequent settlement are constantly set
automatically by pricing.

Systemantwort

If you confirm the warning message, any available condition records in
condition type &V1& are deactivated and then redetermined.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Please check whether redetermination should really be carried out.
Only subsequent settlement in Purchasing: Redetermination should not be
carried out for purchase orders, if there are already follow-up orders
(goods receipts, invoices).
Please note that:
Condition records for subsequent settlement can only be created from an
agreement.
Manual creation in pricing is not possible, as an agreement with
framework information (for example, for settlement) must always be
available.
Condition records for subsequent settlement cannot be deleted
individually. If you want to completely remove the condition records
for subsequent settlement, you need to delete the relevance indicator
for subsequent settlement in the document item. Implement a new
pricing, (pricing type I, redetermine rebate conditions), if this does
not happen automatically.
