In the global restrictions, no value has been specified either for a
characteristic with the role version, or for a time characteristic
(fiscal year, period, or fiscal year variant).
If one of the aforementioned characteristics is not known globally and
the report has restrictions concerning rows and/or columns, then you
need to specify the desired selection value in each row, column, or -
possibly - even each cell. You have not yet done this in this report.
