Moving a context element X depends on the target element implemented
like this:
Target element is a node KT.
Source element is a node KS.
KS is inserted either as the first child node of KT or as the next
youngest sibling node of KT.
The decision regarding the insertion at the same or a subordinate level
is taken during a dialog.
If KT is the root node CONTEXT, you can only insert at a subordinate
hierarchy level.
The source element is an attribute AS.
AS is inserted as the first attribute of KT.
The target element is an attribute AT.
The source element is a node NS.
Moving is rejected.
The source element is an attribute AS.
AS is inserted as the next younges attribute of AT (at the same
hierarchy level).

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Moving will not be executed.
