Check your form (especially the definitions of the next pages and the
main window). The error may occur in this case:
Page FIRST with main window, next page is NEXT
Page NEXT without main window, next page is not defined
On page FIRST, text is printed until a page break is reached. Then,
page NEXT is processed. If now another output to the main window
occurs, there is no space provided for it and the output operation is
terminated.
