likely causes are:
Customer-specific settings for grouping infotypes have been changed
without the database being adjusted accordingly.
A customer program was used to add data to the database, without
reference to the grouping values.
The infotype is not supposed to be grouped, but the grouping mechanism
was activated inadvertently.
You must first identify the cause of the inconsistencies. You can use
