the material passes. Only the following values are allowed:
' ' = Title passes at location of plant
Use country of the plant to determine the net volume
UoM for a gross volume UoM.
1 = Title passes at location of the Ship-to partner
Use country of the Ship-to partner to determine the net volume
UoM for a gross volume UoM.
