Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

In transaction PFCG, maintain the value 'A' for the field MSAM_MO_AC for
the authority object I_MSAM_MO. Here activity 'A' enables mobile
processing for the user
Also check whether the users are not locked and are within the validity
period in the user master
