Was verursacht dieses Problem?

Data access for DataSource &V1& is to be performed using the access
method 'Direct Access'. However, this is only possible with a certain
system status:
Data updates must run in transfer mode 'Full' (UPDMODE = F). In
addition, either the request number has to use the access method 'Direct
Access' (REQUNR = DIRECT_ACCESS) or the data access has to be performed
as a remote call via BW (REMOTE_CALL = X).

Systemantwort

The current system status does not meet the prerequisites defined above
and data access is not performed.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Ensure that the data access occurs using an ODP-based query.
If you want to test the data access for DataSource &V1& using the access
method 'Direct Access' via RSA3, you have to set the request ID to
DIRECT_ACCESS and the update mode to F on the initial screen.
