For the evaluation based on <GL:transfer_order>transfer order</> (TO)
items, the system does not make any entries in the display column for
the number of TOs (value in this column is zero for all lines).
Therefore, it is meaningless to make a setting that would display a bar
graph for the column that displays the number of TOs.
