<GL:planned_TO_processing_time>planned processing time</>, the system
uses the unit-of-measure load category as an additional characteristic.
For the storage type, the Customizing table specifies that the UOM load
category is determined based on the storage unit of the transfer order.
The storage unit has no UOM load category assigned to it.
