Check Customizing for Human Resources for the relevant quota records
and make sure the time quotas are consistent with the deducting
absences and attendances. After the end of the upgrade phase, run
program RPTKOK00 for the personnel numbers transferred incorrectly, and
use the output page to recreate the consistency of the deduction.
