The church tax features of the employee and spouse do not match the
permitted combinations according to the BMF circular of February 6,
2008.
According to this circular, you have to enter the spouse's religious
denomination only if the spouses have different religious denominations.
However, if the spouses have the same religious denomination or have
different faiths, the church tax feature does not have to be reported.
