work relationship for which the registration is to be changed. [Ref.
date ER = $datum]</>
This is a rejection at employee level.
The clearing house returns this error message if the date of the change
of registration is not after the registration date.
This situation can occur only if <LS>Force Change of Registration</> was
selected.

Systemantwort

The clearing house rejected the change of registration for the employee.
The master data for the <LS>Fiscal Data D</> infotype (0012) was not
updated.
