A deregistration may fail due to various reasons:
The deregistration for the employee was not created.
The clearing house rejected the deregistration.
Notes:
A specific error message with the procedural note for the rejected
notification cannot be generated if the clearing house rejects the
answer and then other notifications are created or imported using month
lists.
This constellation is not due to the reasons listed in the following
messages:
<DS:NA.HRPAYDEE2185>Tax Data D not maintained with special processing
force deregistration on <(>&<)>1</>
<DS:NA.HRPAYDEE2186>MA is registered on <(>&<)>1 despite "does not
participate" special processing.</>
