In database field GUID_REF_ANAB, the system stores information about
which registration belongs to which deregistration. When it collects
deregistrations, it checks whether the corresponding registration exists
in the database. If the registration was deleted after the
deregistration was created and before the notifications were collected,
the system displays this error.
