Another user is maintaining the venture (JOA) you want to change.

Only one user at a time can maintain a venture (JOA).
If a user maintains a JOA all ventures belonging to the JOA are locked
because changes of equity groups on the JOA level can affect all
ventures belonging to the JOA.
Also, if a single venture is maintained, the JOA of the venture is
locked for the same reason.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Wait until the other user releases the venture (JOA) or contact the
person.
