item &V2& is at a higher level in the hierarchy than item &V3&, or if
item &V3& is to be posted to item &V2&.

item.
The following table shows which breakdown types are allowed at the
higher or the lower level.
The first column (preceding the semi-colon) shows the breakdown type of
the item. The permitted breakdown types of the higher-level item or the
item to be posted are listed to the right of the semi-colon:
0; 0, 1
1; 0, 1
2; 0, 1, 2, 3
3; 0, 1, 2, 3
4; 0, 1, 2, 3, 4
Here, the permitted breakdown types of the lower-level item(s) are
listed to the right of the semi-colon:
