The node has a subtree. Deactivation of the node caused also
deactivation of the subtree. Your Child node (a node created in the
Child tree) is part of the subtree, so it is also deactivated.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

If you want the child node to be activated, you should activate the
deactivated parent node. If you want to have only the child node
activated, you can now move the child node to another place and
deactivate the parent note again (the best way is to use the Revert to
original button for this purpose).
