Make the <DS:SIMG.J_7L_REA_DATEN_BEAB>Customizing</> settings for the
country-specific data filters in two steps for the recycling partner.
First define the source tables/source fields for the declaration
country/country of origin/country of destination and then the country
combinations with their <DS:DE.J_7LPOSAR>item type</>.
