age &V3&. Since the value does not exist, the system cannot determine
the pay seniority or reference pay seniority (BDA) for the employee with
BDA model &V4&.
Key &V1& (aabbccdeee) is to be interpreted as follows:
aa = personnel country grouping (01 for Germany)
bb = pay scale type
cc = pay scale area
D = <DS:DE.TRFKZ>grouping of employee subgroups for collective agreement
provision</>
eee = pay scale group
