The specified notification has not been created because the insurance
number is incomplete. The SAP System has suppressed the notification to
the supplementary pension fund (SPF) because the SPF only accepts
notifications with a complete insurance number.

complete the insurance number in the <LS>VBL/SPF Data</> infotype
(0051). Repeat the payroll run so that the complete insurance number is
saved in the payroll results.
