The error catalog for ZfA notifications is described in the ZfA
communication handbook "Allgemeine Grundlagen - Anlagenband Zulageve
rfahren - Release z18d (z2012.10)". The error checks for the names
included in the ZfA notifications largely correspond to the checks that
are also valid for the DBNA module in DEUEV notifications.
The first name &V1& of the child does not meet the requirements of this
error catalog.
