record must be the last day in the notification month, which must also
lie within the semiretirement contract period.

If the specified delimitation date is within the semiretirement contract
period, the delimitation date is moved forward to the first day of the
same month within the contract period.
If the specified delimitation date is outside the semiretirement
contract period, the delimitation date is moved forward to the first day
after the end of the preceding contract period.
