You have created a wage type that should be sent to PBS. This wage type
&1 contains amounts for the PBS fields SATS/BEL+B and TIMER/ENHEDER,
which are both too big to fit into the relevant PBS forms.

Systemantwort

The system rejects the employee as such a transaction cannot be split
correctly and sent to PBS.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Check if the values are correct. If this is the case, you must split
the amounts into two (SAP) wage types. If required, you can use the
same PBS wage type, but on the SAP side of things the amounts must be
split so that they fit in the format.
