Statutory Adoption Leave period (<ZK>Intended start APP</>)

placement</>) must be filled.
<ZH>Note: </>The field <ZK>Intended start of APP </>is not mandatory.
Therefore, leave this field unfilled if the employee notifies an
intention to work up to the date of placement of the child.
