statuses:
<LS>AS</> (start distribution in the background)
<LS>MA</> (start distribution manually)
No workflow was started for the distribution order. This could be due
to one of the following:
The distribution order had not been started at that point in time. The
workflow was therfore also not initiated.
Event type linkage has not been activated.
